Pros: Nothing.
Cons: 1. I booked for an executive room with a king bed. I got an an average room with a queen bed. 2. Room carpet is discolored and needs cleaning because is dirty. The cover sheets smelled. 3. Bathroom showers need a full glass cover. It has half glass cover and some water goes to the floor during shower. 4. It does not have a toilet paper holder. 5. When we tried to clean our hands in the sink, the water comes out from the fusset like a jet. 6. They give you a mini coffee pack, enough to make 1/3 cup. Over all for the money I paid $216 was not worthy.

Pros: Great location, 2min from Grand Central.
Cons: Rooms definitely need a refresh of the furniture. Old and not well maintained wardrobe, tables and bathroom. Definity not a 4 stars.

Pros: The location was great for what I wanted. It would have been nice to have a view of the city but understandable. Housekeeping was very friendly.
Cons: Smoke alarm went off and the housekeeper on my floor was scared and didn't know what to do. I was getting ready to head downstairs and it went off so I called the front desk 3 times and first time I got hung up on, other 2 times nobody answered. I went down and nobody was at the front desk several hotel guest were outside watching the firemen go into the steakhouse next door. I went and got coffee and when I came back the staff was back at the front desk and said it was OK to come back in. All they would say is that it was at the steakhouse and I told them the housekeeper on my floor was scared and they just blew it off. I wish I was given a little more information about why the alarm went off since the hotel and steakhouse are next door to each other and my room was on that side.

Pros: The room was nice for the price.
Cons: Some front desk staff need to improve their social and professional skills. If you are not able to project your voice and make eye contact perhaps front desk isn't the best role for you
