Pros: The staff was extremely helpful, the room was very comfortable, clean, and in good condition. And the location was perfect for us ... on quiet UWS near the museum, restaurants, and both Central and Riverside Park.
Cons: The scaffolding out front, but that's not their fault.

Pros: Very quiet and homey feeling.
Cons: That WIFI isn't free in the room. Price is too high to not have that as a feature. Would also like a bar fridge in the room.

Pros: A small Starbacks in just 2-3 minutes walking distance - a little (but sufficient) supermarket 5 minutes away. Another useful breakfast place just ca. 3 minutes away: Lenwich - with good coffee and a good variety of sandwiches, wraps, rolls et.
Cons: The two double beds we booked for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old, so not very big yet...) were very small. We couldn't sleep comfortably - I don't know how those beds are supposed to work as double-beds. Even for a very cosy couple they wouldn't be wide enough, I don't think. Rooms were a bit dark, but that didn't bother us as we didn't spend too much time in the room.
