AAA Inspector Notes
With decorator flair, handsome marble accents, a comfortable lounge and cozy roof bar, there's much to like here. Rooms are small but nicely appointed, with well-conceived bathroom design. Some suites have terraces, and a great family-friendly option are the bunk bedded kids rooms that adjoin a separate room for the grown-ups. There is a year-round roof bar. Smoke free premises. 122 units. 22 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Expensive and not good value...
Pros: Reception staff were extremely helpful and cheerful
Cons: Bar was not open at times stated we didn't get to use it once the one night 7th Nov the roof top bar was shut. Breakfast you had to exchange a ticket in replace of a very small plate you wasn't aloud another plate to put your bread on and the staff apart from the chef were unhelpful and extremely rude. The rooms are very small so nowehwre to store suitcases as wardrobe is tiny. Be prepared to be woken by loud building works at 7am every morning. This hotel was no where near a 4 star the pictures have cleavwrlt been taken to make it look luxury but believe me it is not. We paid extra £180 a night to stay here as it was a special occasion but I would say it was in a pat with premier in it's just a bed and has no other worth while facilities. If you pay £120 a night then that would be plenty but definitely no more than that it's just not worth it !!!

Pros: It was an easy central location. Easy walk to Penn station to take train all around the city. Hotel was clean and only had one morning where the noise from construction was annoying but we come from the city and are use to some background noise. We didn’t eat or drink in the hotel not for any reason except that we were out most of the time. We checked in at 2am so there was no issue there it was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and the cleaners did a very nice job!!! I was really nice to come back to a spotless stocked room!!
