Pros: The service was amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Housekeeping threw away a bag with a receipt in it that we needed! It ended up ok, but shocked us!

Cons: the bathrooms were extremely small, no morning coffee pot in the room and the prices for items in the room frig were outrageous. Order 4 pizzas and the bill was $200.00. New York is pricey, but the above items will send me to another location next time.
