Pros: The location to Times square is great and it is walking distance to lots of attractions. The hotel is actually a small boutique style attached to the Millennium Broadway Hotel . The continental breakfast has eggs, fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, juice and coffee so it is good. The evening social/happy hour had cheese, fruit - red and white wine only. The only white wine was chardonnay. The room itself is nice and the bathroom is large.
Cons: Any pictures of the gym are actually that of the other hotel so you have to go over to that property to access it. The breakfast and social hour are held in a small area and were jammed with other guests. So much so, we left. The only beverages on the happy hour were red and white wine - contrary to other posters. The white wine was terrible. We were on the 21st floor and the noise coming from the street could still be heard. The air conditioning/heater system was also very loud. No ice machine on the property, you need to call downstairs and have some sent up

Pros: Location was great...once it was found! I read other reviews who said it was hard to find. The name of the hotel is low and small and hidden behind decorative plants. Look for the Millennium Hotel (sister hotel). Great view from my room 1519. Photos attached of the view. Nice amenities, Keurig coffee maker in the room, in-room safe, and much more.
Cons: Staff didn't seem as engaged as they should have to their guests. Hotel signage could definitely be improved. Towels smelled weird.
