AAA Inspector Notes
Known for years as a storied but slightly faded address on glamorous West 57th Street, the renovation done to this property is spectacular. Artistic and contemporary, the hotel is smartly luxurious. Artwork, musical performances, sculptures and video installation fill the lobby and public areas today, as the property is within a stone's throw of the Museum of Modern Art. Georgia O'Keeffe and Marc Chagall called this superb location home when in New York. Across the street from Carnegie Hall, some corner suites offer views to Central Park. Gracious modern amenities are in all rooms and baths, some modern and some that harken back to the romantic days of luxury travel long ago. Smoke free premises. 208 units, some kitchens. 17 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: the staff is very polite, the hotel is clean and its close to everything boutiques and restaurants. Etc..
Cons: I didn't like the bed. It wasn't comfortable, very bouncy, mattress looks so bad it was very uncomfortable. I can't really say that was a mattress looks more like a bouncy full of spring underneath and covered with sheets. when I asked the front desk "female" regarding the mattress she said yes I am right about the mattress but nobody ever complained and a gentleman in the front desk introduced himself and even told me that the mattress worth $10,000. Honestly that bed is worth like $200. I took a photo of the bed and compared it to another hotel which is intercontinental. You can't compare!!! Intercontinental has a good quality of bed it's very comfortable. Well I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights at the Quin hotel and I changed my mind. But still the Quin is nice enough to give me my money back and apologize. The next day I checked out and went to intercontinental and everything went perfectly. I will recommend the Quin hotel if you don't care about the bed. The Quin is close to everything and have great staff also.

Pros: -the staff was very responsive and supporting , I got my lion king show ticket 1 hour before the show (which is very hard from always sold out show) -most of staff are friendly and remember me from the last stay. -cleanness and comfort of the bed and room
Cons: - one of the elevator out of service for 2-3 days which make the wait to get lifted longer . - in-room service option after 11pm are limited. -media hub (connecting the laptop to tv) was not working .
