Very good
Pros: Great location! Small rooms but big enough for 2 people. Very clean bathroom and room. Good value!
Cons: We had a group booking for 4 rooms, they were going to put us all on the same floor. The last couple that checked in got a different floor, while staff at the reception had earlier guaranteed the same floor. Check out was a bit weird, invoices were not correct. Some in our group paid more then originally booked and some less.

This made me FINALLY like...
Pros: This was my first time staying here and I was a bit nervous to have ventured off my normal beaten patch of name-brand hotels like Hilton, but WOW was I shocked at how nice the staff was and clean everything was and the location was so much more fun and my type of style as opposed to Times Square. I wondered how the price was so amazing and I realize it's probably because you don't get as much room space as other more expensive hotels, but honestly who needs all that space when you have a comfy bed, telly, beautiful bathroom and amazing service! I was so happy to have stayed here... It made me finally like New York. :)
Cons: If I HAD to pick something, I would say view being of industrial pipes and another building right next door, but hey that's what blinds are for. :)
