Pros: We loved spending out anniversary at the Viceroy. The staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect. We were there during the January 23 blizzard and they still were able to serve us room service when the whole city shut down. Loved it!
Cons: Toiletries were not replenished but we asked for more and they were replenished immediately. The closet space is small.

Very Poor

Pros: The espresso machine in the room was nice.
Cons: The staff was rude while checking in. I was rooming with my son and was told there was no availability of two double beds but they still listed this type of room available on their direct website. The room was a closet with a view of dumpsters.

Pros: Nice hotel in very convenient location. Near all sorts of attractions, two minutes from central park and close to many subway lines. Took the train into Penn Station, then subway to 53rd St. and then a five minute walk.
Cons: Does really seem to be a "Five Star" hotel on the par with say a Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. Although it also doesn't have their price either so a good value.
