Excellent, except for this one...
Pros: The location is great, especially the park and farmers market at the time of my visit. Most of the staff was very helpfull and remembered me and what I usually need or ask for.
Cons: One thing really upset me. The alarm clock was not turned off after the last guest, it work me up at 6 am, when I tried to talk about it to the receptionist, he laughed at me and said that he always unplugs the clock at the hotels when he travels. No apology, nothing, And it’s impossible to unplug this clock without moving the bed too. I wish I remembered to get his name and formally complained.
