Cons: Not a clean as hoped, room service trays sitting outside rooms for over 24hrs etc

We had higher expectations
Pros: Excelent location, the common areas are very nice
Cons: At first when we arrived the lady at the reception was really mean to us, it looked as we were bothering her when we asked some Question. The rooms might need some upgrade.

Pros: Don't loose your time trying to call front desk from your room, you will never be answer
Cons: cigarrett smell in the bathroom

Pros: one of the oldest hotels in NYC worth visiting. Note they are closing out in March 2017.

Pros: the grandeur of the building
Cons: Light bulb missing, no coffee/tea machine washing wasnt collected. was told by a staff member that my parcel hadnt been delivered when it had. very expensive sandwich in the room, two sandwiches over 100 dollars
