Cons: I asked to be directed to the business centre and was informed the hotel did not have one. The person at the front desk kindly printed my documents however I had to go up and down the elevator a few times because I had a few print jobs. The following day I learned the hotel had a business centre!
Cons: Noisy outside air conditioning on the backside (being on the 18th floor)
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: I had to walk down the stairs and up due to the elevators not responding
Pros: The trip was a special occasion and the Holton Club very kindly upgraded is to the penthouse.
Cons: We liked everything about this hotel.
Pros: Great location, lovely room, breakfast was great!
Cons: A little confusion over our booking, but it was sorted in the end
Pros: Location, Location, Location, is ideal, only a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza etc, nearest Subway Station is only a stones throw away, The Hotel itself is absolutely fantastic, had a great stay from start to finish, hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are very well appointed, especially the shower, which is the biggest I have seen in my time in the States, you could have fitted a Soccer team in it, no exaggeration, also the King bed was mighty comfy, we had a free breakfast with our break, which was very good as well, it's a continental breakfast with a very wide selection, enjoyed the whole city break experience staying at West 57th Street, when we return, it will be the first hotel I look for to book, I suggest you do the same.
Cons: Absolutely nothing whatsoever
family with older children
Pros: Helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble and staff always accessible.
Cons: No cooked breakfast option.
Pros: The location is brilliant, 3 minutes walk to Central Park, 10 minutes to radio city, Times Square. Most attractions are just a walk away.
Reception at the hotel is small, but the hotel has 167 rooms.
It seems new, very clean. The rooms are like most hotels with a nicer more modern finish.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of bread, waffles and fruit.
Free good wifi.
A great place to stay when visiting New York.
Cons: I thought expensive $1900 for 5 nights.
Pros: Great location, comfortable bed, spacious and very new room.
Cons: Checkin time 4pm?!!! And they can't wait to kick you out at 10. For night person who especially do not like to get up before noon during vacations this is a total disappointment,

Pros: The location is amazing. Close to Central Park and several different subway lines. There was no sound from the outside. Breakfast is low on choices but what is available is great.
Cons: The gym was a little under stocked even as hotel gyms go.
