This village favorite has received a lot of press for showcasing innovative new Italian cuisine. Mario Batali uses only fresh global products in designing a most discerning and modern menu. Black tagliatelle with charred corn, rock shrimp and budding chives, along with foie gras ravioli with balsamic vinegar reduction take the place of traditional fare. The pasta-tasting menus are worth their weight in calories and there are weekly specialty menus which pair ever so well with high quality wines.
