Finding this sushi den, which has no obvious street signage, is not easy. Once inside, you realize quickly this will be a highly memorable meal.
AAA Inspector Notes
No street sign marks this high end, exclusive sushi-only restaurant located on the second floor of a nondescript building. The understated but bright dining room is small but diners can find room at the elbow-to-elbow sushi bar. The menu offers sushi in three different qualities: high, higher and spectacular, with special fish flown in directly from Japan daily. Diners order by quality or their upmost budget, but there are more modest options of rolls available which will not break the bank. The difference between the basic grade and the highest priced fish is clearly tangible for sushi and sashimi lovers. Texture, flavor and the sheer exoticness of some cuts makes for an unparalleled experience for those who can appreciate it.
