AAA Inspector Notes
Never does the phrase “above it all” ring more true than in this dining room set within a balcony high above Grand Central Terminal. Hordes of commuters hustle in the vast space below, yet within the confines of the steakhouse, diners settle into plush, oversized chairs, peruse an expansive wine list and unwind from the cares of the day. There are only hints of the restaurant's namesake with nary a basketball in sight. The traditional steakhouse menu offers dry-aged meats and the classic accompaniments of creamed spinach, hash browns, and macaroni and cheese, or you can opt for such entrées as roast chicken, grilled salmon or the 23 burger.
