Books, stone and wine bottles line the walls here and the mood is gently romantic. The entrance and décor here are modest and the service a little less than vigilant but the food is very solid and well worth a visit. Traditional Italian dishes are expertly prepared including such items as clams oreganata, capellini pescatore and roasted branzino. The chicken Nocello, with a delectable white wine sauce, sliced mushrooms and walnuts, is recommended. It's very near to the theaters.
