AAA Inspector Notes
The décor is not what draws the crowd to this simple Chinese storefront. Folks fill up the place for quick, friendly service and a comprehensive menu listing the usual suspects—General Tso's chicken and orange beef-—as well as a plethora of noodle dishes and Vietnamese specialties. Banh hoi, steamed rice noodles tossed with scallions, fried shallots and peanuts topped with grilled shrimp, is splendid, as is the pho bo, a hearty oxtail broth loaded with rice noodles and thin slices of beef. A tall glass of Vietnamese iced coffee is an ideal finish.
