This restaurant, originally created by the famed Mexican-born chef Richard Sandoval and tenor Placido Domingo, celebrates Mexican coastal cuisine. The outdoor terrace is a fine place to relax over a margarita and ceviche. Yet it's the pompano, a fish native to the warm waters of the Gulf, along with halibut, tuna, mahi mahi and all manner of shellfish, that receives top billing on a menu. Exotic salsa, tropical relishes and the highly prized delicacy, huitlacoche, are also featured.
