AAA Inspector Notes
Both locations—this one and another in Chinatown—are memorable, particularly for the signature Peking duck that gives this place its name. The duck, which is moist and tender, is brought to the table; the chef follows, deftly cutting the bird to produce a platter of slices that are expertly folded into soft, warm pancakes with plum sauce, scallions and crispy skin. Although nearly every table orders a duck, guests also can choose from an extensive selection of other traditional Chinese dishes.
