No sushi sticker shock here! A good value for high quality food can still be had in pricey Tribeca? The answer is a resounding yes.
AAA Inspector Notes
Diners start with one of two miso soups: a mild red or the more potent white. Many creative sushi combinations, some taking their name from movies, make it difficult to choose. The Godfather—with fried oysters, cucumber and Gorgonzola—is an offer that can't be refused, as is the case with the Godzilla—with soba noodles, avocado and salmon skin—and the riveting Taxi Driver. Among cooked items are Kyoto-style beef stew and a grilled salmon with green tea salt. A popular and strong local favorite.
