Chef Seamus Mullen offers up great tapas selections—think Iberico ham, anchovies, quail eggs and artisan cheeses crafted into small plates for great sampling. The rest of the menu rounds out with Calasparra rice with squid ink, calamari, sea urchin, candied chorizo and avocado or the braised short rib with grilled bone marrow and pomegranate.
