Brilliant! A very civilized spot where a winning gin and tonic, and a refined, sophisticated British club atmosphere meets hipster mixology.
AAA Inspector Notes
At the Roger, a favorite hotel with British travelers, it's no coincidence that photos of Beatle George Harrison and Brooklyn's own Jay-Z greet you in the lobby. It's a fashionable, cool kind of place where New York meets London. Their mezzanine restaurant solidifies the hip, big city vibe with Jonathan Morr of BondSt curating a creative menu. Salmon yakitori, andouille cheese bites and soda-dipped fried chicken standout. As a casual break from the NoMad hustle bustle, it's well worth a stop. One of the most pleasant aspects of the restaurant is that the noise level is more subdued than other nearby restaurants and bars, and it's possible to have a normal conversation without straining.
