Niagara Falls State Park, at Prospect Point, covers more than 400 acres. New York's oldest state park, it opened in 1885. The visitor center, 332 Prospect St., has information about area attractions. Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.). Recreational activities are permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available.
Free. Parking and attractions fees may apply.
Hours: Park open daily dawn-dusk. Visitor center open daily at 8; closing time varies.
