Pros:
Cons: your address did not register on my GPS so I got lost returning, at night, from Cooperstown! Since I was alone at 11 PM it upset me tremendously! I got very, very lost on dark rural roads not knowing if I would ever find my way. I had mentioned the address problem to the staff at registration. They had no comment!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating
Cons: Rooms and restaurant were dated. Not a good value for the price paid. Very expensive

Pros: The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was convenient. Clean enough.
Cons: The shower had little pressure-had to wash my hair over the side of the tub under spigot. The walls between rooms were thin between adjoining rooms (which I didn't request & didn't think not to). There were 2 tour buses of kids' baseball teams staying and I was put in between them-go back to thin walls comment. Don't book during Cooperstown baseball camp week if you need to rest. The price and the noise goes up. I had a business event to attend (on my own dime), so I had no choice. TV volume went in & out and lost sound totally the last day. Hotel rooms need updating. I'm usually not picky if rooms are clean; however, I only needed to sleep, wash, and store my stuff there and this hotel only allowed me good storage-so 1 of 3 goals achieved. The price was way too high for the issues I've described. It was Youth Hostel quality vs. hotel quality.

Pros: Housekeeping was excellent - shower ran hot and cold - restaurant food was only fair - laundry facilities poor 1 washer top loading - 1 dryer on 2nd floor (no elevator) for all guests - priced high
