Pros: Chris is a very welcoming and engaging host. The B & B was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and very comfortable. It was an excellent value, far beyond our expectations in quality.

Pros: we were made to feel very welcome. chris and gerry were very friendly, offering advice and tips on anything in the area if needed, but never interfering. the breakfasts were fantastic. would recommend Kountry Living and Oneonta to anyone.
Cons: hard to fault. my only disappointment was that we couldn't spend any more time there!

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere was fantastic and Chris was a wonderful host. It really felt like you were staying with an old friend. It was the first night of our Honeymoon and everything was wonderful. Water pressure was excellent too! Tip - order the stuffed French toast, it is insanely good.
Cons: Everything was fantastic, I can not think of anything to change.

Pros: Both Chris (the owner) and Jerry (the chef) were very friendly and willing to help to insure that our stay was as relaxing as possible. The Inn was very clean and comfortable. Chris made us feel very welcome and right at home. For example, he took our take-out dinners from us upon our late arrival and set us up in the comfort of the screened in back porch where we ate in leisure and peace. Jerry was very willing to take a small last minute change in the breakfast menu in stride. Breakfast was out of this world delicious with many choices available. With two full bathrooms available, there was no waiting to use them. Rooms were quiet, well air conditioned and pleasant for lounging or sleep. The sports memorabilia collection was incredible. A person could spend hours examining it. We would highly recommend staying here and will return again!
Cons: The sports memorabilia was mainly NY Yankees.
