Smoke free premises. 74 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).
Cons: The first room we were given had a very musty-type odor and the desk staff quickly gave us another room. The second room had an odor, but not quite as strong. I asked if it could have been the overuse of some cleaning chemicals to possibly mask smoke
Traveling as Couple
Pros: The eggs were good. The bed was good. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: There was an odor like someone was cooking cabbage.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable
Pros: The room was good size, quiet. The shower didn't look promising, but in action it was terrific. Staff was pro-active. very good
Cons: The coffee for the Keurig machine in the room was weak and unpleasant. The tea bags smelled like sawdust. And the eggs (which I suspect were not really eggs) at breakfast were disgusting.
Cons: Registering on line was tedious. Can you make it simpler?
Pros: Really big comfy bed and pillows and I enjoyed the range of items at breakfast. Also the shower was fantastic and the views of the river were beautiful.
Cons: Breakfast was good but, for the price, we didn't like plastic plates, bowls knives and forks. They ask you not to get your towels washed every day for "the environment" yet throw away hundreds of polystyrene plates etc every morning. Also only 2 coffee pods for coffee machine seemed a bit mean in a $130 a night room.

Cons: air condition noise and no hot water
Pros: For a motel in this price range, extraordinary attention to the details. Pillows of different firmness. Terrific shower!
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel.
Cons: No pool or hot tub, but I was told I could go to the Hampton and use their pool. The Hampton was within walking distance of the Holiday Inn (IE - they shared the same parking lot.)
