Cons: Pool water needs to be heated.
Pros: Great bed.
Cons: Very happy with our stay.
Pros: We really weren't there long enough to make too much of a judgement. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean
Pros: The front desk personnel were helpful and kind.
Cons: For the price, I was surprised that the little soaps, shampoos, etc. were cheaply displayed and didn't have much if there were to be 2 guests . There should have been at least a complimentary small breakfast. I have stayed at a few hotels in that area, and found all the others much more accomodating. The only reason I stayed here is because my daughter was staying there. I will not use this hotel again.
Pros: It was very nice to have the cafe there in case you wanted some food or drink!
Cons: The pillows were very soft and lumpy and the bed was very hard.
Pros: Clean, comfortable and nice staff. Convenient to all I needed
family with older children
Pros: We stay here at least twice a year due to the proximity to family in Penfield, NY. The staff is always fantastic, the place is clean, and it has pretty good facilities - small gym, small pool, free WiFi and newspapers and a nice little dining option with good coffee.
Cons: Sometimes it gets pricy and if it weren't for the convenience of the location for us, I'd look elsewhere when rooms hear north of $130. At $115 a night it feels right. At $200 a night, I'd look elsewhere unless location is a must.
Pros: It was close to the wedding venue.
Cons: There was a huge stain on the carpet in room 305. Gross!!!!!!! Felt I needed to wear footwear while in the room. The air vent was noisy and I had a hard time controlling the thermostat.
Cons: Continental breakfast, free for guests like most hotels
