Pros: The location was good. The room was clean. The large TV was a nice amenity. The staff was friendly. There was a construction crew working outside the lobby area when we were checking out. This might be bothersome to some; but, I see it as a sign that the owner is committed to the proper upkeep of the building rather than just "painting it over". Then again, not sure if the owner is obligated for this type of upkeep to hold on to the "Days Inn" status. That said, in my opinion, this is overall a below average Days Inn of the dozen or so I've stayed at over the years
Cons: There was a bit of road noise from the highway; however, this is to be expected with it's location. The grounds could have been more clean: I unknowingly step in some food on my from the car to the room and tracked food all over he carpet before realizing it. Very disappointing "continental breakfast: The pictures on booking.com made it look like there was a waffle maker for continental breakfast (which is a huge bonus when it comes to continental breakfasts). However, there was no waffle maker. This was disappointing on top of the fact that the "continental breakfast" primarily consisted of serving day old white wonder bread, overcooking hard boiled eggs, and sausage links soaking in warm water.

Pros: The staff really works to accommodate anything you may need! The rate is a bargain and puts you right within a couple miles of all the Lake George action. Save money on your stay and put it toward being outside and enjoying the action!
