Pros: Conveniently located. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Tub and sink did not drain properly. Stained carpets and peeling wallpaper. Awkward parking. Clearly an older hotel that has been spruced but is still not at the star level listed. Also, it was LOUD. (There was a wedding going on and it was SO NOISY.)

Pros: location is nice, close to the strong museum and highway
Cons: the bed sheet had blood stain, washroom smelled mold. we also order their signature buffalo wings from room service. it tasted so salty, the veggie sticks were dry. it was overqualified for its star level.

Pros: Location to downtown restaurants (Dinosaurs) & the Stock Exchange, as well as the Blue Cross Arena.
Cons: Front desk staff could have been more accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping missed empty bottles from previous guests under the beds.

Pros: the bartender. Whatever she is getting paid isn't enough. Give her a raise. Very nice staff. Two blocks to Hockenstein School.
Cons: The only problem was that our Kuerig coffee maker was broken. Other than that, everything was lovely.
