Pros: We were here for a kids' ski race in the area. Hotel was packed with families. The room was great--comfortable beds, wood paneling, fridge and coffee maker. Nice restaurant and the staff opened It early to provide take out breakfast and coffee so we could all hit the road, which was way beyond what was expected. Rooms on the top (third?) floor are much nicer with very high ceilings, but there is no elevator so stay on the ground (2nd) floor if you have a lot of bags to get in and out of your car or aren't planning on being in the room much anyway (we weren't).
Cons: Only complaints are that they could have made it clearer that you need to drive to the room from reception (a little disorienting when you arrive at night and unload all your bags to check in) and that the walls were very thin ( but that's probably more of an issue staying in a place packed with crazy race families than golfers!)

Pros: Made special accommodation for early breakfast. Promptly replaced broken coffee machine in the room
Cons: The sound proofing between the room is not too good. Heard our neighbors till late and as a result could not fall asleep timely

Pros: They made accommodations to get us breakfast in the morning since we had to leave early. The view was extraordinary.
Cons: Not that I had time, but couldn't find a gym and an indoor pool or hot tube for the winter months would be awesome.

Pros: It felt so homey when you were in the room. It had that woodsy look and the fire place was inviting.
