Traveling as Couple
Cons: No parking and no continental breakfast.
Traveling as Couple
Pros: Customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was very warm welcoming - given the horrible weather outside the day I stayed here. Wish the pool was a tad bigger or that there had been a bathtub in my room but that is it haha
Pros: The rooms looked awesome & I had a nice view as well.
Pros: The front desk folks and the parking attendant were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone in the car. No problem, someone went back to get it for me. Then I came back downstairs and said I forgot my laptop in the back seat, saying, "I hate to bother you guys." They said, it's not a bother." And I felt that they really meant that.
One of the best Hotels...
Pros: Value, rooms were right sized forcomfort, had nice amenities, and hotel staff were very accomodating
Clean Hotel, Staff is questionable.
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Very clean and stylish.
Cons: Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am and continued for every30 minutes until we checked out at 11am. Also, as we were leaving ourroom, housekeeping was asking for a tip. Her English was very broken, soI asked her to please repeat herself. Of course, it was confirmed. Shewas saying "Tips for me" continually and making the moneysymbol by rubbing her fingers together. I was appalled. In all my yearsof traveling, this has never happens.
