Overlooking the bustling downtown area, BLT is short for Bistro Laurent Tourondel--the famous chef who launched BLT Steak in New York City. This modern American steakhouse predominately serves certified black Angus or USDA Prime steaks that are corn-fed Midwest beef and naturally aged for maximum tenderness. A large felt board with specials hangs over the open kitchen area. The two- and three-story vaulted ceilings, long glass windows, dark wood flooring and distinctive contemporary hanging lights add to the modern appeal.
