The Hudson River Museum, 511 Warburton Ave., overlooks the Hudson River and includes exhibitions of 19th-, 20th- and 21st-century American art as well as exhibits about regional history and environmental science. Within the museum complex are Glenview, an 1876 restored Hudson River home, the Andrus Planetarium and Hudson Riverama, a permanent environmental gallery. Programs for families are offered regularly.
Guided tours are available. Food is available. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
