Pros:
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that they had the same thing for breakfast everyday and if we wanted something else one has to pay which it should have been included and when one is staying for 2 weeks having the same thing gets tiring.

Pros: We liked the quiet, spacious room; the ability to control the temperature (not always the case in Mexico); the fact that they let us park on the property when our top carrier made our vehicle too tall for the underground ramp (also a nice feature); and that they had 24-hour security so we could go to sleep worry-free, as our car was fully loaded with musical instruments from our U.S. tour. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast that was included in the price (eggs, beans, rice, chilaquiles, fresh fruit, pancakes, fresh-squeezed juices). Now that we know about the LQ, we probably will stay there again and will book directly to avoid hidden fees like the falsely high exchange rate set by Booking.com.
Cons: We had a great experience with the hotel but NOT so great with Booking.com. When we checked in, we were informed that Booking.com demands an exchange rate of $22 pesos to the U.S. dollar--which added to the cost and is hidden on the Booking.com site. The receptionist said other booking sites don't pull this trick. We went in expecting to pay $59 + tax as advertised, regardless of what that works out to be in pesos, and instead with the exorbitant exchange rate we paid more. Still felt the value was there because it's a nice hotel, but lost all trust in Booking.com. Also, the map on the Booking.com site is wrong--the location of the hotel was off by several blocks and we drove around getting frustrated and unable to find the place until we asked a taxi driver who gave us the correct cross-street. Finally, this questionnaire is poorly written. Where is the line between "young couple" and "mature couple"? And what if it's just two friends who shared a room, not a group and not a couple? Hard to tell what info you really want here.
