Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: Toilet was broken for 2 days in a row despite informing the front desk of the problem twice.
family with young children
Pros: kids friendly
Pros: Restaurant was excellent, plus a lot of the people who eat there are locals, which seems like a good sign. The hotel staff was terrific. Very personable. Easy to talk to. But I should mention that I speak only Spanish when I am in Mexico, so I don't know how any of this works in English.
Cons: The room was fine. I was perfectly happy with it. But it wasn't a five star hotel room. That's OK. The price wasn't even close to a five star hotel price, so I don't have a right to expect five stars. I'll certainly stay there again, and again after that..
Cons: Noisy, por service, uncomfortable, old, tited

Pros: Biusiness man
Cons: TOO expensive
Cons: The problem between booking.com and the hotel
Pros: The room was clean, spacious and plenty of towels. The Wall Street Restaurant was a good standard. Great bed! Generally the staff were good and efficient in their jobs....except the check-in area. I was certainly not the only person wasting a long time in this area.
Cons: When I arrived my booking couldn't be found despite me having a confirmation so I was asked to wait or go and have one lunch. An hour later still nothing. The booking in process took about 2 hours. There were no loungers around the pool so I could not relax there. The breakfast on the executive floor was very limited so although you got free breakfast in this area, I ended up paying in the restaurant anyway so I paid twice.
Pros: Great room, close to elevators and breakfast - easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable room.
Cons: Not a 'dislike', more a suggestion - a bathrobe would be a useful addition to the room (you provided bath slippers after all!). Facecloth was provided first day, but not replaced for 2nd thru 4th day of stay!
Cons: Room was too warm
Pros: Openess of staff to solve problems with my reservation
Cons: I reserved in booking.com a room with balcony for an additional price, but when I checked in, they told me the reservation was on standard room, which made me very upset.
