This laid-back ‘cue joint features tasty smoked pork, chicken and turkey, and homemade sides like corn pudding, collards, and mashed sweet potatoes. Baby back ribs are offered in four varieties, including “nekkid,” and in a pineapple habanero sauce that promises to scorch. The BLT is loaded with bacon and topped with fried green tomatoes, and the smoked turkey sandwich is packed with melted Brie and sweet-spicy bacon. They operate their own brewery at the rear of the dining room. When the dining room is closed on Sundays, various food trucks visit the brewery. Both venues are closed on Mondays.
