Overall, a lovely property and...
Pros: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. New property. Great location - easy to walk to restaurants, etc. Ate breakfast there several mornings - it was very good. Rooftop bar was nice. We needed to cut our visit short by one day, and so had a good experience with booking.com communicating with the hotel about changing the reservation. Everyone was very nice. Staff gave us extra water, there was a shuttle available to any of the restaurants we wanted to go to. The garage gate wasn't working so they left the gate us or buzzed us through so we didn't need to be hassled. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Cons: Really the only thing we didn't care for was the layout/design of the room, which seemed really odd for a new property. The bathroom door opened in such a way that one couldn't leave it open and get into the (tiny) closet. There were no drawers to speak of, only a few tiny ones in the closet. We were there for a week, so having to stack our clothes on a low shelf was annoying, when there was plenty of room for drawers. The bedside table also had no drawers, so we just had to leave a lot of stuff out. This may be the new design thing, but it really isn't practical. There wasn't a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom and closet. And there was no safe. So we were disappointed by the layout.

Pros: Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also had free shuffle. Helpful friendly employee, Dave, at check in. Lovely view of mountains from room.
Cons: No free breakfast with high price
