This hotel is beautiful, location...
Pros: Hotel was very clean. The hot breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day and the pool was nice in the afternoons after a day of hiking or sight seeing. From the valets that met you at front door to front desk staff to the cleaning crews, the staff was amazingly nice and happy to answer any questions about the area; things to do, best way to get there, etc. they were also very accommodating as far as meeting our needs; extra towels, blankets, etc. will definitely stay there again. Couldn't have asked for nicer people
Cons: The only reason I can't give the hotel 5 Stars is because of where our room was situated and this has nothing to do with staff or management. We were given room 819. We did not know that across the hall was the back entrance to the Rooftop bar and restaurant. That in itself was NOT a problem, in fact we would not have even known it except for one issue. The smell from the kitchen would leach into our room every time the A/c flipped on. In The mornings The smell was not noticable but at night It was the smell of various greasy foods and shrimp that was terrible...... like I said we were in 819, and am not sure if 820, or 821 had this same problem. Don't get me wrong the room was spacious, huge bathroom, and just a beautiful view of the mountains, however the smell at times was terrible......... other wise this hotel would be a 5 star rating.....

Way overpriced; stay anywhere else...
Pros:
Cons: Rooms on 8th floor noisy and smelled like fired fish. Asked to be moved and was, but contents of fridge were NOT moved, even though we had specifically asked that they would be. Front desk people had no idea of restaurants 3 blocks away. much less where one could go to get a good steak: response was, "no idea". Montford Bar, horrible; took 7 minutes once we were there for anyone to ask for drink orders; then she came back b/c she couldn't remember what we ordered. 4.5 rating too high!

Disappointing
Pros:
Cons: Asked for a quiet room and they put us on a floor too close to highway noise. They did move us to the other side of the hotel. At 1:25am that night, 2 couples entered the room next door to us and talked at the top of their lungs. Front desk sent security to ask them to be quiet, which worked for 5 minutes. Front desk was accommodating about moving us to another room, it was just jarring to stay in mid to higher-priced hotel with guests that were that low-class.

Would definitely stay here on...
Pros: Breakfast was very good and a refreshing change from the usual cold cereal. All staff was so helpful and friendly and able to answer all our questions. We loved the roof top bar, bonus! Hotel was very centrally located to walk to everything.
Cons: Valet parking attendants were helpful and friendly , however, thought the $16 fee per day was excessive to what I have paid at other hotels.
