This charming bistro offers a marvelous menu of classic French fare. Small plates include escargots bourguignonne, braised beef marrow bones, house-made pâtés, and a delightful array of salads. Entrées include steamed mussels in a variety of sauces, roasted cocoa-rubbed duck in orange sauce, rabbit stew and steak frites. Bouchon stays busy, and reservations are not accepted. Waiting guests are given a pager so they can browse nearby shops and be notified when their table is ready. Brunch is served weekends from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
