AAA Inspector Notes
The chef/owner of this neighborhood bistro pays homage to his New Orleans roots with a few dishes such as shrimp po'boys, blackened catfish jambalaya, and red beans and rice. The rest of the menu reflects updated American cuisine; grilled pork chop with lemongrass mashed potato and watermelon-celeriac slaw or seared scallops with Roman gnocchi are a few examples. Locally sourced ingredients and a Sunday brunch will quickly make this one of your favorite places in Asheville.
