Sushi with a vegetarian twist has been hard to find until now. The restaurant offers lots of tofu and vegetables with Japanese flair. Soba noodles, fresh fish and tempura round out the menu. Large bowls of soup, meals in themselves, complement plates of steaming vegetables, served with or without meat. Popular with the young college crowd, this place is just off the main square downtown. Closed between lunch and dinner and open Sunday for dinner only.
