Before Red Ginger, you would have to travel to a larger metro area to experience dim sum—dumplings filled with a variety of savory fillings, steamed and served in bamboo and usually brought to your table on a cart. The kitchen is open here, so you can watch the chefs steaming your dumplings. Traditional fillings such as Shanghai soup dumplings or chicken and rice-filled lotus leaves can be found on the extensive menu. They are closed between lunch and dinner on weekdays.
