Pros: cleanliness, breakfast & hospitality. If we came back, would encourage people to bring swimsuits - slide looked like fun. Being a quadriplegic, I liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were handicap accessible.
Cons: The location was a little difficult to get to. Better signage might help. A little pricey.

Pros:
Cons: I had booked a room for 2 nights and my son called the hotel and booked 2 rooms and it was a handicapp room with the adjoining room and the reason for this is is because under the beds, they are not boxed in so we could get a hour life under the bed.for my son.We had 3 wheelchairs and one hour lift and the rooms were booked through hotel and the day we were heading that way ,the hotel lady called and said the people who were in that room with the adjoining room extended their stay so we lost those rooms and they put them in a room that the bed was king size and boxed in.could not use hoier lift under.so I ended up giving them my booked room with the couch bed ,so it could workout for my son, then they wouldn't have to sleep together.Anyways we lost our 2 rooms and they got us 2 more to replace the handicapp rooms that we desperately needed. The one room I paid for I went in a few hours before I got my things out of the van .was fine for me and my mom.Well that evening, i.went back to the room and a man answered the door and they gave him that room after I already paid for it and had the keys.So we had to go into another room.we had 3 rooms to stay for 2 nights each room and all of our rooms ended up on floors 1,2,and 3,the next day was Saturday and we moved rooms again.me and my mom went 5o 3rd floor, and my son went into the room he booked at the hotel, and my daughter and another wheelchair were on 2 ND floor. It was a crazy 2 days! At this hotel.I will not be staying there again.I'm pretty sure the other people who extended their stay was Hilton honors,I'm not.I paid good money for these rooms.I had requested to speak to the manager and the lady told me the manager would be back next morning, even though it was noted on the wall that a manager was there at all times.I went back to the desk at 8 Am the Saturday morning and ask 5o speak 5o the manager and the lady said he was in and out of meetings all day.
