The house specialty is The Peddler steak, a rib-eye cut tableside to the guest's specifications and grilled over hickory charcoal with natural seasonings. Also on the menu are prime rib, filet mignon, kebab and seafood such as king crab legs, lobster tail and salmon. Entrées come with a complimentary soup and salad bar, a bounty of more than 40 ingredients that could be a meal in itself.
