The owner/chef utilizes vegetables, cheese and proteins from local farms to bring the freshest ingredients possible for his creations. The menu items change seasonally, but you'll always find creative burgers on Wednesday which is "Burger Day." Heirloom tomatoes and micro-greens with local cheese and house-made pomegranate dressing is a favorite salad. Reservations are needed for the popular Sunday brunch.
