Pros: Front counter staff excellent. Great room, parking and breakfast. Gentleman at checking was really sweet and recommended a restaurant that was the best meal of my trip. Breakfast was good and plentiful with proteins available.

Pros: I'm accustomed to staying at 4 star hotels, something that wasn't an option that I could find in Brevard. I was hesitant, but still booked the hotel anyway. While it's not a 4 star hotel, it was super nice for the stars and location. I was very pleased!

Pros: Staff was friendly. I needed to use laundry facilities, and I appreciated that this place had a washer and dryer. However, the dryer did not work. Front Desk attendant dried my clothes in the industrial dryer. I appreciated her help.

Pros: Courteous staff, clean and quiet
Cons: Booking.com sent me a confirmation with the correct date, confirmation number, and other information, but did not notify the hotel that I had a reservation. My check-in was delayed about one hour as a result. If I had not had my printed confirmation, I may not have ever been able to check in.
