Very Poor
The attendant was pleasant, but the hotel wasn't. All of the towels were dirty and the one on the sink looked like someone wiped off their makeup in addition to two wet towels sitting in the shower and one towel rolled up behind the entrance door. Bad odor in room, hallway, and coming through the vents. Dead moth on bathroom floor. Tub didn't drain. Fridge nor freezer would get cold, they stayed hot the entire stay so I wasn't able to save any of the food I bought. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, not to mention they were dirty as well. And someone beat on my door until I came to the door an hour before checkout. Then they set off what sounded like a fire alarm to what seemed like they were trying to get ppl out. Door to outside didn't work bc the handle was ripped off, so door was propped open by a trashcan lid. Definitely NOT worth $80/night. I'm surprised this was AAA approved. Was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Pros: The staff is every hospitality and helpful.
Cons: The location is not very well. The room is in the first floor but smells not very well like a basement. The linens are not very comfortable.
mature couple
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Outside of building was fantastic but it hid not so good.
Cons: Breakfast furnished was a cup of coffee. Not sure what country that a cup of coffee is breakfast. Cabinet drawers front are held in place with construction screws. Lobby is on first floor but you have to walk up to second floor to walk down to the first floor where our room was located. No coffee in room. No ice bucket in room.

Pros: The location was very accessible. The rooms do seem to have been renovated since I last stayed there.
Cons: There were no plates or cutlery provided in the room. The night manager (on Aug/04 and Aug/05 early AM) was an extremely rude person and refused to answer any questions about bill. He even made a fuss when I asked him for a receipt and was not prepared to give me one. When I had to step out early in the morning to put my bags into car, I got locked out of the property since the key card was not working on the lobby's main door and he made me wait outside for 15 mins before he came to open the door and let me in. He should not be working in a service industry.
