Fresh, local fare is the focus of the menu at this casually upscale grill. Selections change seasonally, but simple preparations of beef and seafood from the wood-fired grill are always available. The chef's creations vary, and may include dishes like prosciutto-wrapped trout stuffed with crab and spinach, shrimp and grits, slow-braised short ribs and buttermilk-fried chicken and waffles. A veritable feast is presented on the Sunday brunch buffet, with made-to-order omelets, waffles and pancakes, plus fried chicken, oysters (when in season), shrimp, and all the usual breakfast treats.
