AAA Editor Notes
The Wilson Special Collections Library, on South Rd., on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, offers exhibitions and historic rooms. The North Carolina Collection Gallery contains exhibits pertaining to the history of North Carolina and the university as well as rooms displaying Elizabethan, early Colonial and 19th-century furnishings, maps and books. Changing exhibitions feature items from the Rare Book Collection, the Southern Historical Collection, the Southern Folklife Collection and the University Archives.
Guided 30-minute tours are available by reservation.
