Here's one of the Triangle's best kept secrets: this little country store is home to some of the best BLTs around. The single BLT has 7 slices of bacon. If that’s too much, opt for the baby version, with 4 slices, or if that's not enough for you, try the triple-decker version, with a full pound! A variety of breads are delivered fresh daily from a local bakery. Sandwiches are wrapped to go, so if you can't find a table inside the tiny store, head out front or around back to enjoy your meal al fresco. A variety of other sandwiches is featured, including egg salad, pimento cheese, chicken salad, fried bologna, and vegetarian options. Expect crowds at peak times.
