Pros: Cookie and Brookes were very helpful. They offered a free complimentary upgrade on our room. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: A couple of people on staff were nice.
Cons: I ended up in a room with broken AC.a T 8:30 AM it was 86 degrees in our room and the clothes I set out were wet from humidity in the air. People in and out of our room until 1 AM trying to fix it. They were right back in the room at 9:30 trying to replace the unit while we were trying to get ready to check out. I waited for an hour to speak to the GM and when she finally came out to talk to me was not personable in the least. Made me feel like I was wasting her time and there was nothing else she could do to make it right for me. All in all it was an absolute miserable stay.
